For an acupressure session to be most beneficial, I prefer to visit your pet wherever they are most comfortable and without a lot of distraction.
I AM AVAILABLE TO MAKE HOUSE CALLS! Or your pet can come to me.
There’s a 15-20 minute phone conversation before I see your pet so that I can get an idea of her lifestyle and behavior patterns-eating, sleeping and potty habits. I gather a bit of information during this conversation so that I can address her current complaint.
The initial visit usually takes a full hour+ and follow-up visits, when addressing the same concerns, about 45 minutes. I will assess your pet after seeing him and then develop a specific set of acupressure points and Meridians to work on.
You will be able to participate in your pets health by learning a few of these points to use on your own in between acupressure and vet visits!
It is very important that your pet is current on vaccinations (older animals vary) and gets regular vet checks. As I respect both western and eastern philosophies of medicine, acupressure is not meant to replace veterinary care but to compliment it.
